State of NJ Wage & Hour Law Poster State of NJ Payment of Wages Poster State of NJ Paid Sick Leave Poster The Federal government through The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires employers to provide information to all of their employees (both full- and part-time) about the availability of the Health Insurance Marketplace. Hired employees must be given the information no later than 14 days after their date of hire. To satisfy the content requirements for this disclosure, model language is available on the Department of Labor’s website www.dol.gov/ebsa/healthreform. There is one model for employers who offer a health plan and another model for employers who do not offer a health plan. Employers may use one of these models, as applicable, or a modified version, provided the notice meets the content requirements described above.
